The doc says it's nothing serious - in fact it feels a lot better today. This is good as it's stopping me wakeboarding. And jumping and skipping. Initial intarweb self-diagnoses suggested either sciatica or kidney stones (those susceptible to gout are also susceptible to these) but it's just a muscle thing. So much for Google and NHS Direct.

I think I'm going to book an eye test. It's been ages and I am having trouble seeing the screen. And the point.

Going live to another department on Thursday. I've volunteered to get in at 6:00am to hand-hold new users. At least I can get out early. Still, that does count as early.

Not massively happy with my progress on the CMFC at the moment. It's improving though. I am not sure that Evil Herring will find the time for his elaborate CMFC plan.
