Some recipes here

It's basically just onions fried with turmeric, rice, hard boiled eggs and smoked white fish.

Mix in various proportions.

with some lightly poached smoked haddock flaked in at the last minute, soft rice boiled in the haddock poaching just, and softish quartered boiled eggs mixed in.

That's not what authentic kedgeree is (apparently), but it's fucking lovely. Authentic kedgeree sounds crap.
